1. Company

• This promotion is administered by Polygon Bikes Canada.

2. Eligibility

• Open to legal residents of Canada, excluding residents of the Province of Québec, who have reached the age of majority in their province or territory at the time of entry.
• Employees of the Company, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotional agencies, and their immediate family members are not eligible.

3. Promotion Period

• The promotion ends on August 1st, 2026 (the “Promotion Period”). 
• Entries received outside this period will not be eligible.

4. How to Enter

• No purchase necessary.
• Participants may enter by submitting a valid email address via the official entry form during the Promotion Period.
• Limit of one (1) entry per person unless otherwise specified.

5. Prize

• One (1) bicycle with a retail value of up to CAD $1,500.

6. Prize Conditions

• The winner may select a bicycle model available through Polygon Bikes Canada, subject to availability.
• The winner may choose to upgrade to a higher-value bicycle by paying the difference in price.
• The prize consists of the bicycle only and does not include:
  • Cash
  • Accessories
  • Upgrades (unless paid for by the winner)
  • Shipping (unless specified)
  • Any other costs
• Prizes are non-transferable and have no cash value or cash equivalent.

7. Draw Details

• One (1) winner will be selected for each promotion by random draw from all eligible entries.
• Draws will take place on or about August 2nd, 2026 during Crankworx Whistler.

8. Winner Selection & Notification

• Selected entrants will be contacted via email or phone within 7 days of the draw.
• To be declared a winner, the selected entrant must:
  1. Correctly answer a time-limited skill-testing question
  2. Sign and return a declaration and release form within the specified timeframe
• If a selected entrant cannot be contacted or fails to meet the requirements, another entrant may be selected.

9. Prize Restrictions

• A single individual may not win more than one prize across both promotions.
• If an individual is selected as a winner in both promotions:
  • They will be awarded only one prize (at the Company’s discretion)
  • An alternate winner will be selected for the other prize

10. Odds of Winning

• Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received for each promotion.

11. General Conditions

• By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
• This promotion is void where prohibited by law.
• The Company reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the promotion if:
  • Fraud
  • Technical failures
  • Other factors impair its integrity
• The Company is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries.
• Bikes are shipped partially assembled in a protective bike box. Basic assembly is required, typically including:
  • Installing the handlebar
  • Front wheel
  • Front brake caliper
  • Pedals
  • Seatpost
• Customers can either:
  • Complete the final assembly themselves (customer must review and sign a self-assembly waiver before their prize is shipped)
  • Take the bike to a local shop for professional assembly (additional fees may apply and will be determined by the dealer)
• Choice of bike is limited to in-stock inventory.

12. Limitation of Liability

• The Company is not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage arising from participation in the promotion or acceptance/use of the prize.

13. Privacy

• Personal information collected will be used for the purposes of administering this promotion and in accordance with the Company’s privacy policy.

14. Governing Law

• This promotion is governed by the laws of Canada and the applicable provincial laws.

15. Social Media Disclaimer

• This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with any social media platform.
