You can join the Polygon Community today by signing up for our newsletter to secure a chance to win a $1,500 worth Polygon bike, or go full gas and be one of the first 100 riders to purchase any bike to be entered into the draw for a $2,500 worth Polygon bike.
How to Enter
Promotion 1: Subscribe & Win
- No purchase necessary.
- Participants may enter by submitting a valid email address via the official entry form during the Promotion Period.
- Limit of one (1) entry per person unless otherwise specified.
Prize 1
- One (1) bicycle with a retail value of up to CAD $1,500.
Promotion 2: Buy a Bike, Win Another
- The first one hundred (100) customers who complete a qualifying online purchase during the Promotion Period will automatically receive one (1) entry into the draw.
- Limit of one (1) entry per qualifying customer/order.
Prize 2
- One (1) bicycle with a retail value of up to CAD $2,500.
Terms & Conditions
- Company
This promotion is administered by Polygon Bikes Canada. - Eligibility
- Open to legal residents of Canada, excluding residents of the Province of Québec, who have reached the age of majority in their province or territory at the time of entry.
- Employees of the Company, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotional agencies, and their immediate family members are not eligible.
- Promotion Period
- The promotion begins on [Start Date] and ends on [End Date] (the “Promotion Period”).
- Entries received outside this period will not be eligible.
- Prize Conditions:
- The winner may select a bicycle model available through Polygon Bikes Canada, subject to availability.
- The winner may choose to upgrade to a higher-value bicycle by paying the difference in price.
- The prize consists of the bicycle only and does not include cash, accessories, upgrades (unless paid for by the winner), shipping (unless specified), or any other costs.
- Prizes are non-transferable and have no cash value or cash equivalent.
- Draw Details
- One (1) winner will be selected for each promotion by random draw from all eligible entries.
- Draws will take place on or about [Draw Date] at Vancouver BC.
- Winner Selection & Notification
- Selected entrants will be contacted via email or phone within 7 days of the draw.
- To be declared a winner, the selected entrant must:
- Correctly answer a time-limited skill-testing question;
- Sign and return a declaration and release form within the specified timeframe.
- If a selected entrant cannot be contacted or fails to meet the requirements, another entrant may be selected.
- Prize Restrictions
- A single individual may not win more than one prize across both promotions.
- If an individual is selected as a winner in both promotions, they will be awarded only one prize (at the Companies discretion), and an alternate winner will be selected for the other prize.
- Odds of Winning
- Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received for each promotion.
- General Conditions
- By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
- This promotion is void where prohibited by law.
- The Company reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the promotion if fraud, technical failures, or other factors impair its integrity.
- The Company is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries.
- Bikes are shipped partially assembled in a protective bike box. Basic assembly is required, typically including installing the handlebar, front wheel, front brake caliper, pedals, and seatpost.
- Customers can either:
- Complete the final assembly themselves (customer must review and sign a self-assembly waiver before their prize is shipped), or
- Take the bike to a local shop for professional assembly. Additional fees may apply and will be determined by the dealer.
- Choice of bike is limited to in-stock inventory.
- Limitation of Liability
- The Company is not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage arising from participation in the promotion or acceptance/use of the prize.
- Privacy
- Personal information collected will be used for the purposes of administering this promotion and in accordance with the Company’s privacy policy.
- Governing Law
- This promotion is governed by the laws of Canada and the applicable provincial laws.
