Conditions of entry for the “Win a POLYGON DH Frameset” Instagram/TikTok giveaway

Anyone who is at least 18 years of age may enter the competition with the exception of employees of PolygonBikes, their families or employees of agencies involved in the organization of the competition.

Entering the competition is free of charge.

The period for entering shall commence on 14th October 2025 and end 5th November 2025

Each entrant may only enter the competition once.

The prize: One winner will receive a Polygon DH Frame in size Large

1 x one off DHaRCO kit – Large Jersey and Medium shorts

1 x An identical graphic Tailored Protection™ kit that RideWrap

1 x SR Suntour Rux suspension

To participate in this competition, users must

• Follow @Polygonbikes on Instagram and/or TikTok and share with a friend.
• Follow DHaRCO Clothing on Instagram and/or TikTok
• Fllow RideWrap on Instagram and/or TikTok
• Follow SR Suntour on Instagram and/or TikTok
• Share the giveaway post to a friend and to your story.

The winners shall be selected by chance, drawn out of the broadcast channel on the PolygonBikes Instagram/TikTok channel.

The winner shall be notified by POLYGON after the 5th November via DM on Instagram or TikTok, and the name may be published on POLYGON’s portals. The winner hereby expressly agrees to this form of publication. POLYGON shall be entitled to send the winners’ details to its joint venture partners so as to enable them to deliver the prizes.

If a winner fails to make contact with POLYGON within 48 hours of notification, all claims to the prize shall be voided and a new winner will be selected by a draw. Claims to the prize shall also be voided if it is not possible to deliver the prize within 2 months of the initial notification about the prize for reasons for which the winner is responsible.

No winner shall be entitled to demand the prize be paid in cash or a substitute prize be awarded. The prize may not be assigned and shall be non-transferable.

Entering using a competition service or using automated competition bots or other means of manipulation shall not be permitted. POLYGON reserves the right to exclude the entrant from the competition in the event of a rule being breached.

POLYGON also reserves the right to exclude or disqualify entrants from the competition and not to award the prize or to cancel the prize and demand its return in the following circumstances:

• Entrants who are not private individuals in the legal sense,
• Entrants under the age of 18 or cannot provide evidence that they are over the age of 18,
• Entrants who are employed by POLYGON or by an affiliated company or by other companies which are involved in the competition and their immediate relatives (partners, parents, siblings and children) and members of the households of said employees.
• Entrants who attempt or actually manage to enter multiple times in each competition period,
• Entrants who use banned tools or attempt to gain an advantage for themselves by other means of manipulation,
• Entrants who have provided false personal details,
• Entrants who cannot be reached using the entered contact details or who do not respond to the winning notification from POLYGON within the period specified in the competition,
• Entrants who breach these conditions of entry.
• In the event of an exclusion or disqualification, POLYGON shall conduct another draw to select a new winner for the prize from the other entrants.

In addition, the following posts, comments, shares and tweets shall be excluded from the competition:

which are insulating, derogatory or discriminatory.

which glorify violence, are xenophobic, pornographic or racist.

with political content.

with advertising content.

which are otherwise illegal or breach the rights of third parties.

This competition is not connected in any way whatsoever to Facebook or Twitter and is in no way sponsored, supported or organised by Facebook or Twitter. The recipient of the information provided shall not be Facebook or Twitter but POLYGON. The information provided shall only be used for identifying and contacting the winner.

POLYGON shall only accept liability for damage caused by POLYGON or one of its agents maliciously or through gross negligence or by the negligent breach of duties which are of major importance for the achievement of the aim of the contract. These restrictions shall not apply to damage cases of death, personal injury and/or health impairment. The above limitations of liability shall in particular be applicable to damages caused by errors, delays or interruptions in the transmission, faults in the technical systems and the service, incorrect content, loss or deletion of data or viruses.

POLYGON reserves the right to stop, amend or end the competition at any time without notice and without giving reasons. POLYGON shall in particular exercise this right if the competition cannot be staged correctly for technical reasons (for example viruses in the computer system, manipulation or errors in the hardware and/or software) or for legal reasons. If such termination is caused by the actions of an entrant, POLYGON may demand compensation from this person for the damages suffered.

Entry to the competition shall constitute the complete and unconditional agreement and acceptance of these conditions of entry.

POLYGON shall not provide any information on the organization of the competition.

The registration details shall be saved by POLYGON in compliance with the statutory regulations for the duration of the competition and distribution of prizes and, for the purposes of distributing the prizes, may send them to its joint venture partner or to the agency supporting the joint venture partner which may also save the registration details for the duration of the competition and distribution of the prizes.

Questions or complaints relating to the organisation of the competition should be sent within 14 days of becoming aware of the reason in writing, quoting the competition, to PolygonBikes, by email to: sales@polygonbikes.com. Complaints made by telephone or submitted too late cannot be taken into consideration.
