• Does it support wider tires?​

  Yes, it fits wider tires for better comfort and grip, up to 34c.​

• Can I ride the Strattos C on rough or uneven roads?​

  Yes, it handles imperfect roads well, especially with wider tires.​

• Can I mount accessories like bottle cages or bags?​

  Yes, the Strattos C supports essentials like bottle cages, saddle bags, and small mounts. Compatibility varies by model.​

• Will the bike come with handlebar spacers?​

  Yes!​

• What material is used for the Strattos C seatpost?​

  All Strattos C models use an alloy seatpost.​

• Is it compatible with mechanical groupsets?​

  Yes. The frame still supports mechanical setups, and we provide the routing ports needed.​

• Is there a frameset-only option?​

  Not yet.​

• Where is the battery stored?​

  The battery is located below the seatpost.​

• Is the UDH (Universal Derailleur Hanger) the same for road bikes and MTBs?​

  Yes, it’s exactly the same.​
  There’s also a direct-mount UDH available in the market that integrates with certain rear derailleurs-feel free to share this information with customers who ask.​

• Can the XXS frame fit one or two water bottles?​

  The XXS frame can fit one water bottle only.​
