Jakarta, October 31, 2025 – Polygon Bikes has been recognized for its commitment to sustainability and innovation, receiving the Outstanding Industry Initiative Promoting Eco-Friendly Commuting Solutions at the CNN Indonesia Awards 2025. This recognition highlights Polygon’s mission to make cycling a more accessible, sustainable, and enjoyable mode of daily transportation — not only in Indonesia but around the world.
The CNN Indonesia Awards is an annual event that honors individuals and organizations contributing to national progress. This year’s theme, “Collaboration and Harmony to Achieve National Aspirations,” reflects a vision of stronger outcomes through cross-sector partnerships — from ministries and local governments to regional enterprises and the private sector.
In her opening remarks, Titin Rosmasari, President Director of CNN Indonesia, highlighted that this year’s awards celebrate “movers of the nation.”
“From the heart of the cities to the most remote areas, we’ve discovered countless inspiring stories. This year’s recognition is dedicated to those driving the nation forward — individuals and organizations who keep the spirit alive, innovate without pause, and help Indonesia progress to the next level,” she said.
The award was presented by Latif Harnoko, Director of Transmedia, acknowledging Polygon’s work to broaden access to quality bicycles, supporting inclusive cycling infrastructure, and collaborating with partners to make cycling safer and more enjoyable for communities across Indonesia.
For Polygon, these efforts form part of a broader sustainability philosophy that links design, production, and community. From building durable, repairable, and energy-efficient bikes to optimizing materials, improving waste management, and integrating renewable energy at its factories, Polygon continuously seeks to reduce its environmental footprint. Outside the factory, the company promotes green mobility through programs that encourage cycling to work, organize community rides, and advocate for safer city-level infrastructure — all aimed at empowering people through cycling.
“We envision a world where cycling becomes part of everyday life — not just for recreation, but as a practical and eco-friendly way to move,” said William Gozali, Director of Polygon Bikes. “This recognition reaffirms our belief that innovation and sustainability must go hand in hand.”
With this achievement, Polygon advances its mission to foster healthier, greener, and more connected communities across the globe.
