The range of the Kalosi Miles with assist covers up to 120 km when the battery is full. Actual mileage may vary due to a number of other factors, such as terrain conditions, load on the bike, and state of the battery.

What is the maximum speed of the Kalosi Miles?​
Power assist will provide up to a speed of 32 km/h. But don't worry, you can still drive the Kalosi Miles beyond 32 km/h but without the assistance of a boost assist. The speed of e-bikes may vary depending on the regulations of each country.

How can I maximize its pedal assist and the battery lifetime as well?​​
Kalosi Miles provides 5 power modes; Use ECO (E) assists while riding on a flat terrain at easy pace. Raise assist to S+ or B when going uphill. We suggest you to use shifting while riding. The new Kalosi Miles is featured with automatic shut down, puts your Kalosi Miles into a deep sleep and save your battery power up to 1 year.

Yes, the walk assist will support you when you need to walk especially on sidewalks, public transportation area, or pedestrian areas. To activate the Walk Mode, press and hold the down button while the assist is off/0. ​

Is there a warranty for Kalosi Miles?​
The bicycle frame warranty is valid for 5 (five) years from the date of purchase. For batteries and motors, it is valid for 2 (two) years from the date of purchase. Check the Polygon Bikes website for more information.​
