Seberapa jauh jarak tempuh dengan kondisi baterai penuh?
The frame has clearance for a 27.5x2.8" tire so a mullet (29” front, 27.5+ rear) is possible. However, the diameter of a 27.5x2.8" tire is significantly smaller than the standard 29x2.6" tire, hence changing to a mullet setup would reduce BB height and pedal to ground clearance while also slackening both the effective seat and head tube angles.
The fork will also fit a 27.5+ tire, however, this is highly discouraged as the BB drop would become dangerously low.
We recommend staying ready for business with 29" all-round. -

Bagaimana setting terbaik untuk memaksimalkan kinerja assist system pada Mt. Bromo N?
Secara default terdapat 3 tingkat mode assist : ECO - TRAIL - BOOST
ECO : Cocok untuk perjalanan off road ringan. Level bantuan yang diberikan sedang/medium dan minim mengonsumsi baterai.
TRAIL : Pengaturan serbaguna yang mencakup segala hal mulai dari off road ringan hingga ke single track yang sulit. Namun dengan mode ini, dapat cukup mengonsumsi baterai.
BOOST : Menghasilkan kontrol sepeda yang efektif pada technical trail. Memberikan kontrol torsi assist luar biasa dan jumlah output torsi yang tepat sesuai kekuatan pedaling Riders. Torsi assist dapat diterapkan dengan lebih cepat untuk medan dan situasi yang ekstrem. Mode ini mengonsumsi baterai paling besar.
WALK : Memberikan daya dorong saat Riders perlu untuk mendorong sepeda. Cara mengaktifkan WALK ASSIST cukup mudah, hanya dengan tekan dan tahan tombol minus (-).Tips!
Meskipun dilengkapi dengan pedal assist, Riders tetap perlu melakukan shifting seperti menggunakan non eBike; sehingga Riders mendapatkan bantuan assist sesuai kebutuhan dan menghemat baterai. -

Berapa lama untuk mengisi daya baterai?
Waktu untuk full charging berkisar 4 jam (80%)-7.5 jam (100%); hal ini bergantung kondisi dan jenis charger, charger yang terlalu panas karena suhu sekitar dapat mengurangi efisiensi charging, dan baterai yang sudah menurun kualitasnya dapat lebih cepat penuh namun kapasitasnya berkurang.

Tidak disarankan melakukan charging terus menerus saat kondisi penuh, meskipun sudah aman, ada baiknya setelah penuh segera lepas charger dari sumber. -
Apa yang harus saya lakukan untuk merawat baterai? Bagaimana bila sistem elektronik basah?
- Jangan meletakkan baterai pada suhu tinggi, di atas 35℃.
- Pada saat melakukan pengisian daya baterai dan baterai sudah penuh, direkomendasikan untuk mencabut charger dari sumber power dan baterai dari chargernya.
- High level of water-resistant performance (IPX5)– rider tidak perlu khawatir saat hujan atau melewati genangan air.
- Jangan mencuci e-Bike dengan kompresor bertekanan tinggi.
- Jangan merendam e-Bike atau baterry ke dalam air.
- Jangan melakukan modifikasi elektronik di luar standart anjuran produsen e-Bike.

Berapa voltage yang diperlukan untuk mengisi baterai?
Pengisian baterai memerlukan 100-240 V AC, 50-60 Hz. Baterai lithium akan tidak maksimal jika kapasitas tegangan berada di bawah level yang seharusnya.

Haruskan saya melepas baterai saat saya berencana untuk tidak menggunakan dalam jangka waktu yang lama?
Jika sepeda tidak akan dikendarai dalam waktu lama, simpanlah dengan sekitar 70% kapasitas baterai. Selain itu, berhati-hatilah agar baterai tidak benar-benar kosong dengan mengisi daya setiap 6 bulan.
