Head of Academy, will help business by developing, facilitating, and supervising learning program for all employees. Assess business needs, implement learning and development plans, and facilitate a wide variety of learning program that enhance the effectiveness of the workforce. 

RESPONSIBILITY

  • Play a lead strategy role, overseeing the creation of content, e-learning, collateral, and other training materials. 
  • Highly collaborative role where builds solid cross-functional relationship with the head of department and management across the business. 
  • Conducts plan and ongoing strategic assessment of business-wide Learning program and initiatives.

REQUIREMENT  

  • Bachelor degree from reputable university, majoring business 
  • Minimum 7 years’ experience in learning and development  
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience as a leader in learning and development  
  • Have a good experience as facilitator or training assessor  
  • Have an experience conduct analyses and develop solutions that will deliver the desired result through learning program 
  • Strategic and creative thinker  
  • Attention to detail and result oriented 
  • Willing to travel and to be place in Surabaya area 

You will be responsible for making sure that manufactured products meet a set of predetermined quality standards.

RESPONSIBILITY

  • Test a certain percentage of all products based on industry standards
  • Attempt repairs on broken or damaged products to determine the best way to scale those repairs
  • Report problems or concerns to senior management immediately
  • Create an effective an efficient testing protocol to be used across all product lines

REQUIREMENT

  • Bachelor’s Degree Metallurgical Engineering
  • Experience in quality control or quality assurance is preferred, fresh graduates are welcome to apply

We are looking for a diligent Accounting Staff to join our accounting department. You will be responsible for maintaining financial procedures and confirming financial compliance through preparation of a company’s reports and statements.

RESPONSIBILITY

  • Maintaining financial reports, records, and general ledger accounts.
  • Preparing journal entries, analyses, and account reconciliations and assisting with monthly close processes.
  • Performing monthly balance sheet reconciliations.
  • Meeting processing and reporting deadlines.
  • Responding to information requests, reviewing financial statements, and assisting with audits.
  • Assisting the accounting manager as needed.

REQUIREMENT

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, mathematic, or statistic required.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome, 1 year of accounting experience will be an advantage.
