“What I’ve definitely learned is how important it is to work in an environment where everyone is positive and willing to help each other. It was a very unique experience last year that really helped me during the season. When you feel down or crash, the staff remains super friendly and keeps believing in you. Then, when you repay that support with a podium finish in the next race, it’s really special—you see they are genuinely happy for you. It’s been wonderful to experience this, and I’ve learned how important it is to be in an environment where you feel respected and supported, and then everyone will perform as best as they can.”
