How much charging power and how long does it take to charge a Kalosi Lanes Prime?
The Kalosi Lanes Prime battery capacity is 625 wh, with 4-5 hours of charging time. This also depends on the condition of the battery and charger.

What is the maximum distance of Kalosi Lanes Prime?
The range of the Kalosi Lanes Prime with assist covers up to 119 km when the battery is full.

Actual mileage may vary due to a number of other factors, such as terrain conditions, load on the bike, and state of the battery.

Can tires be replaced with other tires?
Power assist will provide up to a speed of 45 km/h. But don't worry, you can still drive the Kalosi Lanes Prime beyond 25 km/h but without the assistance of a boost assist. The speed of e-bikes that we provide may vary depending on the regulations of each country (e.g. Europe and Australia with 25 km/h; Indonesia with 32 km/h)

No, the maximum tires of Kalosi Lanes Prime is 27.5” x 2.40”.

How can I maximize its pedal assist and the battery lifetime as well?
The standard forks are 75mm travel with axle to crown 476 mm, but you can run up to 496mm axle to crown.

Do you have a Walk Assist mode?
BOSCH e-bike system provides 4 power modes; Eco, Tour+, Auto, Turbo. And the BOSCH e-bike Flow app lets you customize the assistance of each mode to your personal preferences (available only in Europe, North-America, Australia, and New Zealand).

How do I remove and/or install the battery?
Yes, our BOSCH e-bike system has a Walk Assist mode, including the Hill Hold features. The walk assist will support you when you need to walk especially on sidewalks, public transportation area, or pedestrian areas. The Hill Hold features will automatically stop the bike from rolling backwards when you need to walk your bike on any incline and stop.

Is Kalosi Lanes Prime compatible with panniers and child seats?
Insert your personal Abus lock into the hole located above the battery on the right side of the bike. Rotate it clockwise 90 degrees to release the battery lock. This will cause the battery to hang slightly down from the tube, providing access to the battery release lever at the top. Use your finger to gently press the part inside the battery cover to fully release the battery. When releasing the battery, be sure to use both hands as it is quite heavy and should not be dropped.

What is the maximum load that Kalosi Lanes Prime can accommodate?
To install the battery, return the key to its original or first position, aligning it with the top tube. Ensure the bottom of the battery is correctly positioned, then press the top side with both palms until it clicks into place.

Is there a warranty for Kalosi Lanes Prime?
Kalosi Lanes Prime is compatible with bags and panniers that utilize hooks or straps for attachment. The carrier does not feature specialized mounting points, allowing it to accommodate a variety of bags with strap-based systems. However, Kalosi Lanes Prime is not suitable for use with child seats due to the differing designs of built-in carriers.

The maximum load that Kalosi Lanes Prime can accommodate is 125 kg.

Does it have puncture-resistant and reflective sidewall tires?
The bicycle frame warranty is valid for 5 (five) years from the date of purchase. For batteries and motors, it is valid for 2 (two) years from the date of purchase. Check the Polygon Bikes website for more information.

How does the lamp work? Can it operate independently, or is it dependent on the bike’s battery?
Just clean it with a clean cloth until dry.

The lamps need the bike's battery to function.
