RESPONSIBILITY

• Develop and oversee detailed project plans, timelines and budgets for new building development or renovation project.
• Ensure design comply with building codes, zonings law and enviromental regulations.
• Riview and approve blueprints and plans to ensure adherence to project spesifications.
• Oversee the construction process, ensuring work is completed on time within budget and to requred quality standards.
• Manage construction contracts and negotiate terms with general contractors, sub contractors and suppliers.
• Monitor and inspect construction site to ensure safety, quality and aderence to schedule.

REQUIREMENTS

• Degree in relevant fields such as architecture, civil engineering.
• A minimum of 1 year of experience, fresh graduated welcome to apply.
• Good knowledge in building management.
• Good communication skill.
• Placement, Sidoarjo East Java.
