As a HR Academy you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing training programs to enhance the skills, knowledge, and capabilities of our employees. This role plays a vital part in ensuring that our workforce is equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to contribute effectively to the company's success


LAMAR

RESPONSIBILITY

  • Designing Training Programs: Developing training content, materials, and curriculum based on identified needs and learning objectives.
    Responsible for facilitating training sessions for employees, focusing on product knowledge, safety, and industry-specific skills.
    Supporting sales and customer service teams in delivering product-related training to enhance the customer experience.
    Collaborating with product teams to ensure employees have up-to-date knowledge of the company's bicycle products and innovations.
    Gathering feedback and implementing evaluation strategies to assess the effectiveness of training programs, content, and delivery methods.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineer, or a related field.
    Must have 1 year of experience, fresh graduate are welcome to apply.
    Passionate in sports, especially cycling with a deep understanding of products and trends is a point plus.
    Skilled at working effectively with cross-functional teams.
    Familiar with making presentation and teaching.
