The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for leading and overseeing daily warehouse operations, including receiving,
storage, and distribution of materials and finished goods. This role ensures inventory accuracy, operational efficiency,
safety compliance, and smooth coordination with related departments to support uninterrupted company operations

RESPONSIBILITY

  • Maintain proper filing of Delivery Orders, Packing Lists, and Goods Receipt documents.
  • Supervise daily warehouse operations, including inbound, storage, and outbound activities.
  • Monitor inventory movement and ensure stock accuracy in the system and physical storage.
  • Coordinate warehouse activities with Logistics, Production, Purchasing, and other related departments.
  • Ensure proper implementation of warehouse procedures, systems, and work instructions.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance warehouse efficiency and cost control

REQUIREMENTS

  • Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Industrial Engineering, Logistics Management, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or related fields.
  • Minimum 1 year experience as Warehouse Staff
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end warehouse operations (inbound, storage, outbound).
  • Proficient in Warehouse Management System (WMS) and basic SAP usage.
  • Ability to analyze inventory data, stock discrepancies, and stock opname results.
  • Knowledge of Quality Management System in warehouse operations.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Effective communication skills for cross-functional coordination.
