Building & Tenant Manager have responsible for monitoring building operations including safety, parking, mechanical, electrical, plumbing and related aspect of building and infrastructure.

RESPONSIBILITY

• Responsible for monitoring building operations including safety, parking, mechanical, electrical, plumbing and related aspect of building and infrastructure.
• Maintain good relationship with tenants to increase consumer traffic and revenue, as well as with external parties.
• Create concepts and strategies to make the building attractive for customers.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor or Master degree in any major. Civil engineering or Electrical engineering is preferable.
• Experience in operating commercial buildings as a mall manager, tenant relations manager, office manager, apartment manager, or other similar positions.
• Wide network in the retail business.
• Independent, mature, honest, teamworking.
• Good leadership and communication skills.
• Placement in Surabaya.
