The HR Talent Acquisition & Employee Experience Intern supports the HR team in sourcing and attracting top talent, enhancing employee engagement, and improving overall workplace experience

RESPONSIBILITY

  • Assist in creating and posting job advertisements on various platforms.

  • Screen résumés and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
  • Participate in career fairs, campus recruitment, and employer branding initiatives.
  • Help organize employee engagement programs, events, and recognition initiatives.
  • Gather employee feedback and assist in analyzing surveys (e.g., onboarding, engagement).
  • Assist in maintaining HR communication materials (newsletters, intranet content, etc.)

REQUIREMENTS

  • Fresh Graduate / Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Creativity (for employer branding & engagement activities).
  • Having basic knowledge of creative design is a plus.
