RESPONSIBILITY
- Assist in creating and posting job advertisements on various platforms.
Screen résumés and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.- Participate in career fairs, campus recruitment, and employer branding initiatives.
- Help organize employee engagement programs, events, and recognition initiatives.
- Gather employee feedback and assist in analyzing surveys (e.g., onboarding, engagement).
- Assist in maintaining HR communication materials (newsletters, intranet content, etc.)
REQUIREMENTS
- Fresh Graduate / Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Creativity (for employer branding & engagement activities).
- Having basic knowledge of creative design is a plus.
