This role involves interaction with our international parent company, our international offices, business managers, functional teams and other finance and legal colleagues you will support the international accounting team in all accounting advisory matters for the organization to ensure efficient accounting process of companies.

RESPONSIBILITY
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Present financial and operational insights in a clear and concise manner.
- Identify business opportunities, market risks, and strategic growth initiatives.
- Analyze profitability by product, customer, business segment, or distribution channel.
- Monitor profitability trends and evaluate the financial impact of business initiatives.
- Lead and coordinate the annual budgeting processc & monitor budget performance.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree in finance management, accounting, International accounting, or related fields.
- Fresh graduate are welcome to apply.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Have skill in Ms office especially Ms. Excel.
- Strong numeracy and analytical skills.
- Good problem solving and time management skill.
