RESPONSIBILITY

  • Handle administrative requests and inquiries from the sales team regarding customers support
  • Work closely with sales team to ensure timely delivery of products to customers
  • Generate sales reports & collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth sales operations
  • Assist manager of Sales by giving administration support

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Proven experience in a sales support or administrative role, fresh graduate welcome to apply
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
