The International Business Support Staff – European & UK Operations plays a key role in supporting cross-border business activities across Europe and the UK. This position provides operational, analytical, administrative, and coordination support to ensure smooth communication, compliance, and execution of international business processes. The role requires strong organizational skills, cultural awareness, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, multinational environment


LAMAR

RESPONSIBILITY

  • Provide day-to-day operational and administrative support to European business units
  • Coordinate internal processes related to sales operations, procurement, logistics, and service delivery
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation for management and regional stakeholders
  • Act as a liaison between European and UK offices, headquarters, and external partners
  • Support cross-border projects and initiatives
  • Assist with compliance related to European regulations and internal policies
  • Support contract administration, invoicing, and international documentation

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Business, or a related field
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • 1–2 years of experience in international operations or business support is an advantage
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • ERP/CRM experience is a plus
  • Fluency in English
  • additional European languages are an advantage
  • Location - Sidoarjo, Indonesia
