QC Buyer

The QC Buyer is responsible for managing supplier quality and procurement activities for bicycle components and related materials. The position acts as a bridge between Purchasing, Quality Control, Engineering, and Suppliers to support stable production and continuous improvement.

RESPONSIBILITY

• Responsible for managing supplier quality and procurement activities for bicycle components and related materials.
• Ensures that all purchased parts meet technical specifications, quality standards, cost targets, and delivery schedules.
• Acts as a bridge between Purchasing, Quality Control, Engineering, and Suppliers to support stable production and continuous improvement.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Quality Management, or related field.
• Interest in the bicycle, automotive, or consumer durable manufacturing industry is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of bicycle components and manufacturing processes (aluminum/carbon material, welding process, basic manufacturing process)
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings, BOMs, and specifications.
• Knowledge of QC tools (AQL, FAI, IQC, SPC, 8D, CAPA).
• Basic understanding of ISO 9001 or similar quality management systems.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with good problem-solving abilities.
