RND Painting & Sticker

The role involves conducting product trials and development activities to improve painting quality and production
efficiency, as well as performing painting defect analysis to ensure products meet company quality standards.

RESPONSIBILITY

• Handle and monitor painting processes including primer, basecoat, clear coat, and powder coating to ensure
  product quality standards are achieved
• Analyze and troubleshoot painting defects.

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Chemical Engineering or Chemistry
• Understand painting processes, including primer, basecoat, clear coat, and powder coating
• Able to conduct product trials and development activities
• Proficient in painting defect analysis and troubleshooting.
• Understand process parameters and their impact on product quality and performance
• Microsoft Excel (olah data & analisa )
• Able to communicate in Eglish actively (both spoken and written preferred)
• Highly detail-oriented and meticulous, with strong attention to color accuracy and quality standards
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Creative mindset with the ability to develop colors and finishing effects
• High initiative in driving process improvements and continuous enhancement activities
• Good communication skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively with Production, Quality Control, and
  Marketing teams
