As an HR Generalist, you will manage and coordinate general human resources activities, including office administration, facilities management, and employee relations

RESPONSIBILITY

  • Maintain office facilities, supplies, utilities, and cleanliness.
  • Manage company assets and inventory, including office equipment and vehicles.
  • Handle documentation for permits, licenses, or certificates related to company operations.
  • Support HR policies implementation and update internal communication.
  • Handle employee grievances, disciplinary procedures, monitor labor issues, and track employee relations trends.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Law, or related field.
  • 3 years of experience in HR, General Affairs, or Industrial Relations.
  • Knowledge of local labor laws and industrial relations best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
