We have implemented a comprehensive safety management system that covers all aspects of our operations This includes regular training sessions to educate our employees about potential hazards and the proper use of safety equipment. We follow strict safety rules, do frequent safety checks, and create a secure work setting that meets or surpasses industry norms.
Since 2022, we've taken steps to reduce non-recyclable materials in our new bike packaging. In a positive turn, we successfully eliminated 24000 lbs of plastic last year. This year, we're further extending this initiative to more of our bike packaging. We're firm believers in achieving significant outcomes through small yet meaningful actions. Our shift towards biodegradable packaging perfectly aligns with our commitment to reducing plastic waste and its impact on the environment.

By 2024, our headquarters will incorporate both solar power and rainwater harvesting systems. This approach empowers us to manufacture products sustainably across the factory, fueled by renewable energy sources.

By the end of 2022, our factory had successfully installed a rainwater harvesting system, contributing to a noteworthy 11% decrease in conventional groundwater consumption. This milestone fuels our ongoing pursuit of sustainable water management, and we are focused on expanding these practices to encompass a broader range of operations.
Our factory concluded 2023 with a solar array that achieved a cap acity of 371 kVA. Going forward, we plan to augment our solar capacity as both available space and economic considerations allow.

POLYGON BIKE PARK PROGRAM
We deeply value the pivotal role that bike parks play in the lives of athletes, parents, and young riders. These spaces catalyze skill advancement, foster self-assurance, and amplify the joy of mountain biking. Since 2021, Polygon's Bike Park Program has been committed to providing financial, gear, and varied support to trails across Indonesia. Our emphasis revolves around three integral and interconnected components of trail development: the bike park owners, local communities, and the surrounding small businesses that play a part in nurturing and expanding these trail networks.
