• What is SUV e-bike?​

  An SUV e-bike is a bicycle designed for optimal comfort and performance on various types of terrain, similar to an SUV (Sport Utility Vehicle) which can be used both on urban roads and off-road. This bicycle is equipped with suspension features, wide tires for better traction, and a sturdy frame with comfortable geometry, allowing it to cover a variety of terrain.​

• Can I ride Siskiu HE in enduro terrain?​

  SUV e-bikes are not recommended for use on extreme MTB-enduro terrain, due to differences in geometry, suspension, and bicycle tires which are not compatible for use on enduro terrain.​

• How much charging power and how long does it take to charge a Siskiu HE battery?​

  The Siskiu HE battery capacity is 36V 14-17.5Ah.​The charging time is around 7.5-10 hours for Siskiu HE White (with Shimano) and HE Gray (with Shimano). And 4-5 hours for Siskiu HE Purple (with BOSCH). This also depends on the condition of the battery and charger.​

• What is the maximum distance of Siskiu HE?​

  The range of the Siskiu HE with assist covers up to 118 km for Siskiu HE Purple with BOSCH, 178 km for Siskiu HE Gray with Shimano, and 150 km for Siskiu HE White with Shimano when the battery is full.​Actual mileage may vary due to a number of other factors, such as terrain conditions, load on the bike, and state of the battery​

• What is the maximum speed of the Siskiu HE?​

  Power assist will provide up to a speed of 32 km/h for Siskiu HE Purple with BOSCH, and 45 for Siskiu HE Gray and White with Shimano. But don't worry, you can still drive the Siskiu HE beyond 32 km/h but without the assistance of a boost assist.​The speed of e-bikes may vary depending on the regulations of each country.

• Is Siskiu HE compatible with panniers?​

  Siskiu HE compatible with bags/panniers with hooks/straps. There is no special mounting on the carrier, so it can be used for various carriers with straps.​

• Is Siskiu HE compatible with child seats?

  Siskiu HE is not compatible with child seats because of the different types of built-in carrier and rear suspension which makes the carrier unstable for child seats.​

• What is the maximum load that Siskiu HE can accommodate?​

  The maximum load that Siskiu HE can accommodate is 150 kg.​

• Can tires be replaced with other tires? If so, what is the maximum size?​

  Sure! The tire can be upgraded up to 29 x 2.60.​

• What is the function of the Siskiu HE flip chip?​

  The initial configuration of the Siskiu HE product is set as a mullet (high position), featuring a 29" front tire and a 27.5" rear tire. The flip chip is available for riders seeking to switch the setting to full 29" (low position) to increase the ground clearance and a slightly more aggressive riding stance.​

• Is there a guarantee for Siskiu HE?​

  The bicycle frame guarantee is valid for 5 (five) years from the date of purchase. For batteries and motors, it is valid for 2 (two) years from the date of purchase. Check the Polygon Bikes website for more information.​

• What if the electronic system gets wet?​

  Just clean it with a clean cloth until dry.​
