Polygon Factory Racing has officially entered the world stage of enduro racing, making its debut at this year\u2019s Enduro World Series (EWS)<\/strong> \u2014 the ultimate test that blends high-speed mountain bike competition with the raw spirit of adventure. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

For Polygon, this season marks more than just participation; it\u2019s the beginning of a bold new chapter that showcases the power and performance of their mountain bikes<\/strong><\/a> on some of the world\u2019s toughest trails.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

EWS #1 \u2013 Tweed Valley: A Wild Start in Scotland\u2019s Mountain Biking Heart<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The season opener took place in Tweed Valley, Scotland<\/strong> \u2014 home to some of the UK\u2019s most famous downhill trails. After a week of unpredictable rain, the skies cleared just in time for race weekend, blessing riders with near-perfect trail conditions on June 4\u20135, 2022.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Pro Stage<\/strong> on Saturday set the tone \u2014 a high-speed stage designed to thrill both riders and spectators, rewarding not only precision but also fearlessness. Brady Stone<\/strong> came out firing, pushing full gas from start to finish and securing an impressive 25th position.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cThe trails were running dry and fast, which made for a smooth run into 25th. I\u2019m really happy to start the season off with this result.\u201d \u2013 Brady Stone<\/em><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n

Sunday\u2019s race continued across five brutal stages, including the renowned Queen Stage<\/strong> on the legendary Big Baw<\/em> trail. Matt Stuttard<\/strong> demonstrated technical brilliance, finishing 14th on the most demanding stage of the event.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cIt\u2019s so good to be back racing! I last raced 11 months ago since I snapped my collar bone. Loved every minute of it \u2013 buzzing to be back.\u201d \u2013 Matt Stuttard<\/em><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n

Meanwhile, Team Captain Dan Wolfe<\/strong> brought the energy beyond the course \u2014 hosting a live three-day PinkBike Instagram takeover<\/strong> that reached over 1.5 million followers. His iconic narration and behind-the-scenes clips gave fans a true taste of the action from both Matt and Brady.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

EWS #2 \u2013 Petzen-Jamnica: Crossing Borders and Breaking Limits<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The second round of the Enduro World Series<\/strong> was nothing short of epic \u2014 a cross-border race spanning Austria and Slovenia<\/strong>. On June 18\u201319, 2022, riders tackled a five-stage, 40km course with over 3,100 vertical meters of descent \u2014 one of the most grueling tests of endurance and technical skill in the entire MTB<\/strong><\/a> season.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Despite battling the aftermath of shoulder surgery, Dan Wolfe<\/strong> was right there with his team, supporting from the sidelines and continuing his engaging PinkBike coverage.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Pro Stage in Austria<\/strong> set a historic benchmark: a 6km trail with over 1,000 meters of descending \u2014 rocky, rough, steep, and punishing. The stage demanded everything from the riders\u2019 mountain bicycles<\/strong><\/a> \u2014 strength, stamina, and unshakable focus.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Brady Stone<\/strong> fought through mechanical issues in Stage 3 but made a strong comeback, earning Polygon\u2019s<\/strong><\/a> first top 10 stage finish and 27th overall.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cWhat a race! Loved the long tracks but they were brutal to race.\u201d \u2013 Brady Stone<\/em><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n

Matt Stuttard<\/strong> powered through the heat, taking 14th place in the final stage and finishing just three seconds behind Brady, securing 28th overall.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

EWS #3 \u2013 Val di Fassa: A Battle Among the Dolomites<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The third round took Polygon Factory Racing to Val di Fassa Trentino<\/strong>, nestled in the breathtaking Italian Dolomites<\/strong> \u2014 a UNESCO World Heritage site famous for its towering rock formations and world-class MTB<\/strong><\/a> trails.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Pro Stage<\/strong> here was short yet tricky, with awkward, uneven terrain that punished even the smallest mistakes. Brady Stone<\/strong>, racing through wrist pain from a practice crash, finished just outside the top 50. Matt Stuttard<\/strong> started slower, placing 72nd, but his experience told him there was plenty of time to climb the leaderboard.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Day 2 became the team\u2019s breakthrough moment. Matt unleashed his full potential with a top 10 finish on Stage 3 and continued his strong momentum into the Queen Stage<\/strong> on Tutti Frutti<\/em> \u2014 one of Europe\u2019s most scenic yet brutal ridgelines. His effort paid off with an 11th place finish on the stage and a remarkable 18th overall<\/strong> \u2014 Polygon\u2019s first Top 20 of the season.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cHappy with that! From 72nd to 18th today \u2013 I had to dig deep on some brutal stages.\u201d \u2013 Matt Stuttard<\/em><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n

Brady also delivered solid results, climbing from 51st to 39th overall with consistent, clean riding across the demanding terrain.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Dan\u2019s dug so deep to help bring everything together as Team Captain while, despite injury, performing both on track and as PinkBike\u2019s face-of-enduro.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n
